I had carpet installed a little over a year ago, started having a rip in seam, I called to have fixed Mo came out to fix all he did was put some glue on top of fabric and called it good,seam kept riiping tried to say it was from my animals, for VERY upset when I tried to explain what the problem was, I would never recommended this company, if they treat customers the I was treated, this man should be fired...Call A-Class flooring if you want it done right

Unbelievable that he tried to charge me a extra 35 dollars for removing drywall mud spots that if he would have told us we would remove it my self and to move a mattress five feet which would been ok but he brought his kid to the job site and we had to baby sit the was climbing allover the couch got chocolate on . He came in the morning to put tac strip said I will be back in two hours and did not come back for 6 hours then did not finish had to come back and was 45 min late and to top it off I gave him some kitchen cabinets... read more

I hired carpeteria of big bear to install carpet in my house carpet was nice but installers upon removing old carpet broke several tiles ajacent to carpet dropped a bucket of nails in my driveway and didn't clean them all up then borrowed our brand new vacuum to clean up carpet mess half way through house they stopped leaving the rest of the job a mess and the vacuum broKen and stuffed full of carpet. They put carpet pieces and old tack strip in every basket and trash can thought out the house. Every Carpet seam is visible. ... read more
