I am extremely disappointed with the service. After installation, no one has responded to my calls regarding the listening issues I’ve been experiencing. Despite paying thousands of dollars, the work delivered was far from satisfactory and not done properly. The lack of professionalism is very frustrating. Once the sale was completed, the salesperson stopped responding altogether, which shows poor customer support. I would not recommend this service to anyone based on my experience.

We couldn't be happier with this company. Johan came right to our house to measure the room and to show us samples of the carpet we were interested in. A different company did everything online. (They trusted our measurements, which were wrong, and sent us pictures of different carpets). CarpeatDeals made sure the measurements were accurate. It was nice to have someone come to our house. We recently hired CarpetDeals to install carpet on our stairs/second floor hallway, and back mud room. The sales person Dan was timely, professional, and provided a clear, thorough digital quote. A crew was dispatched fairly quickly upon confirmation, and the two-person team was excellent. On time, hard-working, with excellent communication, and high-quality installation results. It was a seamless process start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
