We have worked with Carpetbaggers for various projects through the years and once again, they have excelled in every aspect of having our stairway carpet replaced! Katie provided excellent guidance for our carpet selection and Tim did an outstanding job installing!

After struggling to get follow up from their staff namely a sales person named Bruce, I finally got the bid I had been requesting after nearly a month. This was after a long string of occurrences in which it took multiple follow ups with this sales person to get any response. I moved to a new vendor due to this employee's poor communication and follow through. They didn't even fix the stairs they installed at one of our locations after multiple follow up discussions and then they went on to produce no results.
