Mauricio and his crew were here to repair my carpet. They were outstanding! The customer service, care, concern and attention to detail were the best I have seen in my history of home ownership. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
After struggling to get follow up from their staff namely a sales person named Bruce, I finally got the bid I had been requesting after nearly a month. This was after a long string of occurrences in which it took multiple follow ups with this sales person to get any response. I moved to a new vendor due to this employee's poor communication and follow through. They didn't even fix the stairs they installed at one of our locations after multiple follow up discussions and then they went on to produce no results.
This is my personal experience with carpet baggers, the man and woman they sent were extremely professional and fast, and the repairs they were able to do look as good as it can for what they had to work with.
