If I could leave zero stars I would. Very rude and condescending. He showed up two hours late and didn’t contact me until an hour and a half after he was supposed to come. Didn’t answer calls or texts in the meantime. Then, when I spoke up about him being so late, he started raising his voice at me and getting very defensive and denying the fact that he was even late at all. Jeremy is the best. Our carpet looks great smells good. He did an amazing job and took time make to sure it was done right he did his wizard magic. He also took time to explain tips for taking care of our carpet and keeping itclean. I can truly say that he will be the only person I will hire to have my carpets cleaned by. Thats rare in humbolt. We gave him very short notice that we wanted our carpet cleand and he showed up on time and was extremely professional. Thank you Jeremy.
