Wasted time When I call for the online promotion, he told me that $2.97 per sf is for material and installation. Also, I asked for demolish cost and he said it would be minimal. However when the at home sales came to measure the home, the guy said different. Estimate was around $12,000 for about 1,200 sf. It's about $10 per sf. What is this? A joke? How $2.97 become $10? It was waste time for me to make an appointment with this company for in home measurement. 1 star is too great for this company.
Carpet Wagon is great to work with. The carpet installation team was fast and thorough and the flooring sales person was very helpful and informative when selling me the carpet. The installation process was smooth. They worked around my schedule, too.
The flooring sales person in Carpet Wagon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the right carpet choice for my new home in Glendale. The carpet installer was very professional, courteous, and quick! The job was well done!

All the Sales Associates were very Professional in every aspects of Flooring at Carpet Wagon and very knowledgeable about meeting my needs. Top Quality Flooring, also very friendly people! They have huge showroom and warehouse. Most of their products were in stock, got me in and out with no fuss. They had the lowest price I could find and the installation was beautiful. Will buy from them again.

Poor quality installation – We had hardwood laminate flooring installed one year and one month ago. The original installation was slapdash with gaps between a few of the planks, but I didn't want to be difficult and figured I could live with a few gaps. Then this month the laminate started to separate from the floorboard and chip off in my baby's room. The company refused to repair/ replace without charging us. Apparently their installation is only good enough to last one year....which is exactly as long as their installatio... read more
