We have been faithful customers for years. Great pricing. Low overhead. Very good selection of carpeting. They stand behind their products and installation.

Extensive research leads to outstanding results. We stopped in and talked with Jonathan over the summer. Good products, and maybe good service...or.... I have been using Carpet Town for many years, and I have always liked their prices and service. Tom R. was my go-to salesman, but he has retired. I had carpet installed in two rooms of a rental apartment about two years ago, and recently it bunched up by a doorway in the first room. The renter at the time is still there, and never had a problem before like this in 20 years. I am getting charged a "minimum charge" of $300 to have the carpet re-stretched in this 11.5'x12' room.
