From start to finish, Carpet to Go was wonderful to work with. Recently replaced my carpet with LVP. They were able to match and brought it to the consultation. I met with Kayla who was WONDERFUL! Knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. Walked the house and estimate received on site! Discussed financing options and Kayla had sent me the paperwork and all necessary info the next day. Product was delivered and installed within the same week. My floors are next level - thank you team!!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Beri and her team during a flooring purchase and installation. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Carpet to Go. If you need flooring of any type, ask for Kayla- she’s amazing. I described the type of product we wanted and she brought samples to our home. Everything we ordered arrived on time and the installation process was perfect. We would definitely use them again!
I cannot begin to express how great of an experience this was. This is my first big purchase for my home, and I was so nervous - but Beri Poland was an absolute treat to work with. Kayla Funk was wonderful to work with! She made the process simple, fun, and communicated everything in a timely manner. We only wanted new carpet, but ended up having 2 of our baths updated as well! The installers were delightful, professional, and installation was fantastic!
