Carpet To Go is excellent. After shopping around, I settled with the Carpet to Go in Bellevue. The prices are reasonable, and the choice is good. The installers did a great job. We are very pleased with this, and I would definitely recommend them.
Worst carpet buying experience This was the wrost carpet buyinng experience I have ever had. First I had to call and remind them that they had missed my scheduled appointment for measura ements. The installers did not even put the room divider strips between the doors and hall back down after putting in the carpet. Then it took me five, that's right, five calls to get a promised refund because I purchased a remnant and was promised a refund if it was not all used. Thay only refunded my money when I filed a dispute with Ameri... read more
carpet to go, bel-red rd. location purchased carpet and padding at carpet to go from gary long, president. was a nightmare! don't do business with this company! they installed faulty carpet twice at our house. in all this nightmare lasted 6 months until i finally called the carpet manufacturer and resolved it there. I was left with about a $1,000 to remove the carpet and fees and had to take my business elsewhere. Good price, but dishonest We were in the market for carpet for the main areas of our home. After shopping around, we found Carpet To Go to be 25% less expensive! That is a huge difference! However, there is a downside. Although we were told that the carpet was midgrade and of good quality, with a 10 year wearability, we later found out (AFTER installation) through some detective work that it was a lie. The carpet was low grade, poor quality, and only a 2-5 year wearability! There is nothing we can do now, as we DIDN'T GET IT... read more
Good selection I have always found a good selection at this store near Safeco Field. The parking is easy and the price is right. I always go here for my area rugs as they have a lot of chose from.
