A Great Place to Buy Along the strip on Bel-Red Road - this is a smaller carpet store that focuses on customer service. I went to the Box store but ended up at Carpet to go - the saleslady was very patient and helped me coordinate my colors. She had been in the business for over 15 years and knew what she was doing. My three bedrooms look fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!
Good Selection, Great Service, Excellent Follow-up I have purchased remnants from Carpets to Go on a few occasions, but this was my first time selecting carpet for an entire room +. Their range of looped carpeting was quite good, and I found a great Shaw carpet there. (Same one was at Costco for significantly more and four week wait.) Unable to get order right !!!! I went to Carpet To Go to get carpet for my basement I found the carpet that I wanted so I payed the sales lady and placed the order . The carpet order did not arrive when they told me it would then when it did it was the wrong color. They told me I had to wait for atleast another week to get the color I wanted. I was very disapointed that they were unable to get my order correct especially since I told them that I needed it right away. So I canceled my order and made other arrangements.
GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I found this company through a friend of mine. I needed two small rooms of carpet and visited their showroom where the saleslady was quite knowledgeable and informative. I arranged installation for a few days later and found their installers on time and efficient. They even vacuumed the rooms before they left. Carpet To Go Bellevue Location Great selection, much more affordable than other carpet stores. The carpet measure was correct and on installation day all went well. I am very happy with the Shaw carpet that I purchased from them. I would recommend you shop here, better value for your dollars spent.

Horrible Customer Service. First the tiles were not the same size. They were supposed to be 10 x 20. But some were 9 5/8ths x 20, some were 9 4/8th x 20, some were 9 7/8ths x 20. So the contractor had to cull through the boxes looking for correct sizes and use the odd sized tiles for side cuts and corner pieces. This was a huge time waster. The first time I bought from Carpet To Go in 2004 it was because of their unbelievably great prices and a quick install. Then I realized that they are about more then great prices. They are such a great company to work with that I have purchased all my carpet thru them ever since. Each time I don't think I could be happier with them, and yet I am!
