Great customer service! The guys texted in advance that they were on their way, and did a thorough job cleaning our rugs and upholstery. Will definitely be using CARPET TECH again for future cleanings. : )
We recently had our carpets cleaned by Brady Hardegree with Carpet Tech, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience! Brady was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. Not only did he do an outstanding job cleaning our carpets, but he also went above and beyond to make sure everything looked its absolute best. He took the time to address areas of concern, answered all of our questions, and treated our home with great care and respect.

My carpets look brand new again! It smells amazing and they did a great job. The service was quick as well. The quote was simple and I did not feel pressured to add anything extra with the cleaning service. Will definitely use again in the future!
