Horrible experience with this company. They installed laminate throughout my entire house in the fall of 2011. Eventually, the boards became loose and gapped. One of the bedroom doors will not open all the way due to the floors being installed improperly. We reported these problems to the company in May of 2014. They dragged their feet, promised to schedule a repair, and tried to blame everyone but themselves.
