Great products and customer service
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT PROFESSSIONAL AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONIES. CHRIS SENT THOMAS OUT TO INSTALL FLOORING THAT I PURCHASED FROM CARPET SOURCE USA. THE INSTALL WAS POORLY DONE WITH VERY LITTLE PREPPING. I ASKED CHRIS TO FIX THE FLOOR INSTALL ISSUES AND HE REFUSED TELLING ME THAT HE COULD NOT FIND ANYONE TO FIX THE FLOORING FOR FREE...I SHARED WITH HIM THAT IT IS HIS RESPONSBILITY TO REPAIR/COMPLETE ANY AND ALL MISHAPS. I had a flood in my room and my carpet was completely ruined. Chris and his team came out, did measurements and were back the next day and installed the carpet. The quality of the carpet and customer service of Chris and his team were amazing. I will be going to Chris and carpet source for any future flooring needs
I met with Chris Adams and discussed some flooring options for a home I'm renovating. He had a nice selection of flooring to choose from. I went with some floating vinyl planks. I payed the 50% down. The following Tuesday him and his installer Thomas showed up on time, and got right to work. They were careful moving my furniture and cleaned up the mess well.
