Tom and his crew were amazing to work with and did a great job! Tom was quick to respond and schedule. He took time to listen to what I needed and get the job done right. I highly recommend!
Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with and my carpets look brand new, I have never had any sort of experience with carpet cleaning services but Tom definitely set a standard and I would recommend him and his services to all my friends and family! He went as far as to accommodate my schedule during his busy work week, seriously 10/10 on all fronts.
Left a message and the owner called me back within an hour. He got me scheduled just 2 days later and showed up right on time. The guys were Super nice and did a fantastic job! The repair needed a patch, so they took carpet from a closet to make it match — you seriously cannot tell anything was ever damaged. They replaced the closet carpet too and didn’t charge extra, which was awesome. Really happy and would definitely use them again.
Tom and Ken are total rockstars! My 8 year old carpet looks brand new again! They did carpet stretching and cleaning for a way more affordable price than what I was previously quoted at other places!! Thank you!!!
Tom and crew were able to get old stains out of the white carpet in our sunriver rental. Truly amazing. I didn’t choose white carpet but I will choose carpet smart in the future.
