Left a message and the owner called me back within an hour. He got me scheduled just 2 days later and showed up right on time. The guys were Super nice and did a fantastic job! The repair needed a patch, so they took carpet from a closet to make it match — you seriously cannot tell anything was ever damaged. They replaced the closet carpet too and didn’t charge extra, which was awesome. Really happy and would definitely use them again.
Tom and Ken are total rockstars! My 8 year old carpet looks brand new again! They did carpet stretching and cleaning for a way more affordable price than what I was previously quoted at other places!! Thank you!!!
Tom and crew were able to get old stains out of the white carpet in our sunriver rental. Truly amazing. I didn’t choose white carpet but I will choose carpet smart in the future.
Excellent work! Our 8 year old carpet was stained and buckling throughout. It now lies flat and looks amazing. Also, we have a 12 x 3' runner that I was going to replace but after a few passes with the machine it looks almost new. Thanks for your service.
