I am having issues with my Kitchen Flooring (CS2 installed everything in my home). The Vinyl flooring in the kitchen is coming up in several spots and have wide gaps where they joined it. They sent the install crew to try and fix it but they actually made things worse (put a gouge in the flooring, and got some kind of adhesive all over it). I have been trying to get this taken care of since early January. The salesman keeps telling me he will take care of it but never calls me. I had several quotes to put sheet vinyl in the Kitchen and Bath, LVP in all the other rooms, and outdoor carpeting in the front porch and sun room. CS II was 7 to 8k lower than the others! My first thought being in the construction business was "When you go for the low ball bidder, you usually get low ball work!". BOY WAS I WRONG!
