I had several quotes to put sheet vinyl in the Kitchen and Bath, LVP in all the other rooms, and outdoor carpeting in the front porch and sun room. CS II was 7 to 8k lower than the others! My first thought being in the construction business was "When you go for the low ball bidder, you usually get low ball work!". BOY WAS I WRONG! Tom Grant is one of the most honest folks we have ever worked with when it came to building our home. We have had some problems with our floor but thru no fault of Tom and Carpet Salvage. Problems happen everyday for all of us but you never forget when problems do occur and get resolved in a timely manner as promised.
