I had several quotes to put sheet vinyl in the Kitchen and Bath, LVP in all the other rooms, and outdoor carpeting in the front porch and sun room. CS II was 7 to 8k lower than the others! My first thought being in the construction business was "When you go for the low ball bidder, you usually get low ball work!". BOY WAS I WRONG!
