My favorite carpet cleaning company It has been two years that I wanted to write a review for Carpet Professionals. I've been using them for more than five years now and I have only good things to say about this company. Very friendly staff, professional, punctual, Eco friendly and do the absolute best cleaning of my carpets. I wholeheartedly recommend Carpet Professionals!
They did a great job! I am really impressed with the quality of their service! I could've not asked for more. The floors look amazing, super clean. The price was more than fair and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.
Excellent Service and price Eddie delivers best quality of work at best price. We used another carpet cleaning service in the past . But this year we need carpet cleaned in both our newly purchased home and rental property so we thought to look for an alternative that could offer better deal. The best customer service and value.. I first started using Carpet Professionals in 2009 when I needed to get my couch cleaned since I have multiple pets. Not only were they there within 24 hours, they were extremely friendly, personable, and also had very reasonable rates. Since then I have been using Carpet Professionals for EVERYTHING! All of my furniture cleaning needs, my families carpet cleaning needs.. I refer all of my friends to Carpet Professionals as well. No hesitations!!
Amazing Quality... and price Carpet Professionals did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets last Saturday. Seriously, my carpets look new, I still can't believe that these are my old carpets. The smell is just amazing, they did a very clean and professional job. And what I really appreciate is that the quoted price and the final price were the same, not like some other companies give you a totally different price. I will definitely hire them again and I really recommend them!!!
Thank you! My wife and I just got our rug cleaned by this company and were extremely satisfied. Eddie the owner was very nice, quoted a fair price, showed up on time as promised, and did an outstanding job. Our puppy did a number on the rug, but now it's spanking clean. What more can you ask for? We highly recommend this company.
there when you need them I had a party planned and suddenly the dog had the runs -- disgusting but it happens! Carpet Professionals were there, cleaned up the mess and setup my fans to dry the sofa and carpet just in time. I can't really say anything else besides it's green which makes it that much better. Not one guest knew and some even sat on the sofa! Call them if you have an emergency!!!! Right-on-time and friendly staff.

Outstanding job!!! One word: Perfection. From the moment I called for an estimate until the job was complete, I was thoroughly impressed. We have a few very expensive area rugs that, although they are in excellent shape, they are 11 years old, and were in need of a professional cleaning.
