Carpet Place was awesome! Every step of the flooring process was handled with such professionalism. 10/10 recommend.
Very unfortunate experience. Got a quote in order to sell a home. Reached back out and they communicated they never intended to do the work since it’s the “equivalent of $5”…. We won’t be trusting this place to do any installs for us in the future.

This place has some issues with how they treat their customers. While Debbie is an amazing individual, the other staff do not treat you with dignity. I had measurements taken twice and was not able to order materials due to my travel plans. when i went to get a Quote the 3rd time,( presumable because a lot has changed in the last 6 months due to the pandemic) the gentleman who does the measurements was very demeaning in his character and almost yelled at me that he cannot do measurements for me for a 100 times.
