Customer service is slack. I wanted to change my carpet order but the fee's associated with the change inhibited what I really wanted to do.. I was considering expanding my order with the change but that did not and will not happen with this company. Lack of communication for install time frame. Once this was communicated after I contacted them the times were significantly off and this change was not communicated either. They lack organization that is expected in a reputable company.
RecommendedCarpet One in Fayetteville on Bragg Blvd. came to my rescue and I would highly recommend them for yours!! Sabrina and David were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my remodeling flooring needs. Alberto the installer was a skilled craftsman at his trade, to say the least!! I would like to say a BIG thank you to all of you!!!

Terrible company. They installed a kitchen sink along with the countertops we purchased from them. Now, a year later the sink has separated from the counter top and all they'll do is send me to their installer, Fayetteville granite and tile, a completely different company who wants to charge me for the repair. I only got this out of them after being told 4 times today someone would call me back immediately. No one ever did. I just had to keep calling back and fussing.
