Amazing customer service
My suggestion, go someplace else! The only reason this place got 1 star from me is because I had to pick something to post my review. My husband and I were previous customers of Carpet One, so decided to go back there a couple months ago when we were looking to replace carpet in our bedrooms. We placed an order for carpet, and were given an approximate date range for when the carpet would be at their facility and ready for pick up. I've waited a while to post any reviews on this company and its services, because I ultimately like people who sold me new carpet. I wanted to see if they would remedy the problem, it's been a few months and nothing. My experience began with great customer service and woderful personalities. The delivery of my new carpet was on time, the follow up was great. The horrible experience began upon installation, I've purchased many rooms of carpet and have seen many installs.
