Had carpet installed by Carpet One in Latham approximately five years ago. In two of the rooms, the carpet has buckled in numerous areas resulting in a disastrous appearance. The quality of workmanship, from our perspective, certainly doesn't justify the price charged. For those shopping for carpets, Home Depot and Lowe's are viable options.
Its a clean well staffed store! All staff seemed to be very versed and they were willing to work with me and my friend! Our next project will be to have our wood basement installed ! Cant wait for nrxt stage! Thankyou team Carpet One ;-)
My husband and I recently purchased a house and we went here to replace some carpets. Laura was so sweet and helpful. We felt very well taken care of and never pressured. We can't wait to get our new carpet installed!
Very pleased with our new carpet. Great people to do business with. The installers were very good at their job. They moved our furniture in and out in no time. A job in itself. A job I was dreading. Stay in the area. Give them a visit.
