little knowledge when shopping for new carpet we went here and it definitely has the warehouse feeling and not the gallery feeling. when I approached the sales lady, she did not seem to know a lot of detial about specific carpets. that set us back a bit...if we are spending hundreds of dollars we want better knowledge of what we buy. so that really threw us off...I would not go back again.
