RecommendedCarl was extremely helpful in heloung us pick out carpet. He walked us thru the showroom and even in back. When he came to the house he was efficient and kind. The crew that installed were AMAZING! The were friendly and efficient. There are no seams to find.

After a water leak in our home, we contacted several flooring companies for estimates.about replacing the flooring throughout our home. However, from the moment we entered CARPET ONE we felt ease and at home with Joel. Joel, Dexter, Randy, Cody, and so many others have been incredible. Horrible experience, installers tried to cut corners by not removing old padding, was only noticed because “they ran out of carpet” for one closet. After seeing the old pad still down, we pulled up other closets and noticed old pad. They did replace with the pad we bought, but still. Not happy and will not recommend.
