Carpet Mills installed hardwood flooring in the entire upstairs of my mother's house and ceramic tile in her laundry room. From start to finish, our experience with Mo and his team was nothing but positive. The crew arrived on time when scheduled and finished the entire project within two days as planned. Great Price/ Great Service We previously purchased a Bella Cerria product from Ride Out Lumber and we loved it! So I called Carpet Mills after seeing an ad in Reddoor to see if they carried the same brand. They did, so Moe came to our house with samples in tow, we picked some out, got his price and compared it to two other prices. He was about $50 less plus no sales tax. (ad special). I would not refer my worst enemy to these guys. Moe has no control over his subcontractors. We had granite countertops and backsplash done. We did not get the granite edge we were quoted, granite is cracked, wall was damaged and they half filled the hole with some sort of glue, tiled over the outlets, broke the stove, ends of backsplash look like they used a hammer instead of blade to cut, gaps in grout, did not wipe excess grout, jagged backsplash edge finished with grout using finger and looks like a 3 y/o did it.
