This is a wonderful family own business. Excellent materials and expert work. They did multiple jobs in my home in Rockville and i have been always pleased with the results and reasonable prices. They have decades of experienced and they have advised me well. so much, I moved 5 years ago and I still went back to get their business recently when my basement flooded.
Carpet Man did a perfect job for us. Upstairs in ONE DAY, basement in HALF A DAY. They are friendly, helpful (they let us take home dozens of samples over the weekend), and price? I don’t know if they the cheapest, but Carpet Man’s estimate was $1000 lower than another store. Also, they never pushed us toward something we didn’t want, tried to help us find the best for what we were prepared to spend.
We had a wonderful experience! A family owned business with decades of knowledge. The sales process was un pressured and they paid attention to our needs and budget. The installation was quick and the team was clean, masked, paid attention to detail and stayed until the big job was finished. Would highly recommend and we would not go anywhere else in the future.
Excellent service that I would recommend and go back to again. I visited other locally owned businesses to get my carpet replaced, and nobody took the time to explain to me what I should be looking for when buying. Bassam walked us through it all and had great samples in his showroom. Service was friendly all around, and responses were prompt. Work was done on time without any issues.
