I have delt with them twice and had no problems other than the installers left a mess that I had to vacum up.
I got carpet done by them in December of 2010. Picking it out was easy and the guy talked me into a more expensive "quality" carpet saying it would last for years. I wasn't happy with the rudeness of the installer (he was yelling and cussing at my neighbor when she asked him to move his truck since it was blocking her driveway. Great CARPET and completely happy with the people. As for business HOURS are as posted Mon thru Sat 9-5... The phone always answered when I called and I have purchased carpet 5 different rooms 5 different times NEVER had PROBLEMS with salesmen or installation everyone was very kind!
