If I could give him minus 1000 stars I would. Carpet separated in middle of each floor. The lightest thing on it leaves a permanent dent. Carpet lifted up and got wavy in every room. Shredded, discolored...you name it. I can't believe he's still on home advisor after I told them my experience over a year ago. Plus...he charged my credit card unauthorized.
