This flooring center is amazing! From the moment we walked in their front door to the moment their installers walked out of our front door, their customer service is top notch. We will absolutely have them install any floor in our home in the future.
Thank you so much..everyone from the sales force to the guys who installed my carpet were great!! I can't thank the installers enough for letting me know about a water leak which I was able to remedy quickly. They went above and beyond. I will definatley use them again!!!!
We loved the service and installation. Everyone was great, from the consultation to the installation; it was an excellent experience. I would recommend them highly! Loved the work done by Tim and his workers in installing carpet and bathroom flooring. They were flexible to add work and got it done as promised.
We just had hardwood floors and carpet installed and couldn't be happier! Doug and Jackie are absolutely great to work with. They are so helpful and really have a talent for knowing exactly what would look great together. We had carpeting installed and a bathroom tiled a few years back and I was very impressed with the fact that Doug could tell me the names of tile we went with just by looking at it! We just had solid surface flooring installed throughout our whole house and it looks beautiful. Doug and Jackie helped us make important decisions and explained everything in detail. We didn't know how this all worked with the installation and being seniors, it all seemed like it might be overwhelming. IT WASN'T!! the crew was great and all went very well. We checked out a few places before we decided to have Carpet House install new flooring. If there were ten stars, that would be my rating! I can't say enough good things about Jackie and Doug. They helped us out on what type of carpeting to get and we are extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. The installers were excellent and efficient. They were also very friendly and knew exactly what to do. Thank you again Carpet House for my beautiful new carpet.
I went to Carpet House first when searching for my kitchen flooring, then I shopped around. I compared pricing, selection and customer service. I ended up back at Carpet House because their customer service is OUTSTANDING, their pricing is better, and I loved the selection they offer. I will go to Carpet House again in the future without even shopping around - what a time saver that will be!
