We just moved into our new home and absolutely LOVE our new floors, thanks to Carpet Galleria in Thousand Oaks! The laminate floors and carpet in the bedrooms turned out beautifully. Nader and his team are top-notch—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly, and have very fair pricing. We were on a very tight timeline, and they not only got the job done quickly but delivered exceptional quality as well. Highly recommend Carpet Galleria for their outstanding service and workmanship!
Can I give ZERO stars? I went in today looking to carpet a room, and just got 100% completely ignored by the sales person on the floor who was helping another customer and the only sales person there. I walked around for 10 minutes and the guy didn’t even acknowledge my presence in the store. So I left. He never said a single word to me, coming in or walking out. Not good business. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I have been in the flooring industry for over 20 years and have seen many of these types of stores come and go. I can confidently say that Carpet Galleria and Flooring is one of the best places to shop for flooring. They carry an excellent selection at great prices, and even for carpet installation or any other service, their customer service is top notch!
