Alec at Carpet Exchange was so hugely helpful to me today. I've been looking forever for an area rug...looking all over the place!! Alec was a knowledgeable out of the box thinker who has given me some hope! He is not pushy but is very present in a calm, welcoming, and comfortable way. Total 5 star plus experience with Carpet Exchange, Westminster. We needed to match existing carpet for additional rooms. We had purchased the original carpet from this location many years ago and it still looks great, but it was discontinued. At the Garden and Home show we stopped at their set up and met Bruce who instantly went to work for us, making calls to the warehouse. Alec at the Wadsworth/Westminster location assisted my mother and I in selecting carpet for her rental property. My mom speaks minimal English and I was there to help her translate throughout the whole process. Alec was as patient with us, listening to all of my mom's wants, needs, and concerns.
