The service from the first moment we walked through the door until the last installer left was absolutely first class. We had three separate jobs so three different teams. Each team should be commended for their professionalism, care, and frankly passion for their work.
Ariel at Carpet Exchange in Boulder helped make purchasing new carpet for our large family room so easy. We have dogs and teens and Ariel gave us a great recommendation. The ordering, setting up install and installation was well coordinated. The installers did a great job also. The carpet we selected is perfect and looks awesome. Flooring flooring flooring. I walked into this carpet exchange with my baby in his car seat, took a picture of a sample with another sample I had from floor and decor and walked out. Jason, the store manager came out to see what was going on and i am so glad he did. After weeks of dealing with another contractor and having to go to multiple stores to try to get my project completed Jason provided some light to my situation. Alec at Carpet Exchange was so hugely helpful to me today. I've been looking forever for an area rug...looking all over the place!! Alec was a knowledgeable out of the box thinker who has given me some hope! He is not pushy but is very present in a calm, welcoming, and comfortable way.
