Lock up your stuff Carpet Exchange hires crooks This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have crooks as installers, wouldnt surprise me if they cut the stores in on their take. Customer service is no-existent, they acutally think the customer having the problem is the one who calls back to check if the issues have been dealt with.
My Experience Dear Mr. Odette: Today, your company completed the installation of 472 yards of carpet at my residence. Although not usually so easy to please, I have been so happy over my entire experience with Carpet Exchange that I just felt compelled to share it with you. Two seams started to come apart. I contacted the store and was told that Keith the install manager would call me. I received a call from an installer and was told that I needed to move the furniture, which upset me because I paid Carpet Exchange to move my furniture. Keith never called me to discuss it. Exceptional!! Excellent customer service, great prices and very quick install. Will use again in the future and would highly recommend.
Best experience ever They were very friendly and helpful and patient with me while I was trying to decide which wood I wanted. Once I picked it out, they immediately ordered it and began installation once it arrived. They did a wonderful job installing the wood floor and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and will use again in the future for my countertops.
