Awesome service !! – I Called a National chain steam extraction company to clean a couple of rooms and do a few repairs, before a party I had. Well they didn't show up until 5 hours late and when they did the guy running the show was clueless and tried to jack the price up while we walked around looking at the carpet. so I called these guys and on the same day they not only cleaned my carpet but did a little upholstery work in addition to the repair work. NO additional charges! Dried quickly and you can't see the repairs.
Very Unprofessional-Stood UP! – Phoned Carpet Doctor on a Friday morning. They didn't return the call until the following Monday even though their message states they will be paged. Should have been the first warning sign. But when they called me they talked me into using them and I scheduled for the next night (Tuesday at 5 PM). I had to take off of work early. I was amazed at how massive carpet damage, by a renter, was repaired and cleaned – I , like many people, have had a nightmare of a time with renters. I installed new carpet in one of my homes, and less than a year later, after an eviction, the carpet was "ruined". That is until I spoke with Carpet Doctors Inc. Person never showed up for the job. – Gave estimate but never showed up for the job. He would not return phone calls. He should have given explanation.
