Great great great service! Was told by two different companies that I should just replace my carpet. Stretched it, cleaned it and dyed a couple spots and the carpet looks great. It doesn't look new, but compared to what it looked like before I am thoroughly satisfied and less poor. Old fashion style, like when a handshake meant something. Its good to see there are still businesses with caring individuals who really prize quality in service.
They arrived at the scheduled time and were professional . 5 different rooms in my house had carpet buckling. They stretched and removed the buckling from these areas after removing the floor squeaks in each room. All of my furniture was placed back in the original position after they finished. I would recommend them to anyone.
When you buy used cars and hire servicemen you take a big chance. Got to say these people did very well, and completely satisfied my wife and me. Removed a giant wine stain and rid my second floor hall of squeaks that drove us ...(almost) insane. Good people.

Easy to deal with and honest – Found these guys online before moving from NY. My Realtor gave them access to my house to do the work. While we traveled to Va. they stretched a couple of rooms, and replaced some padding / re-installed the carpet and fixed a few squeaks in a room where we had a wall torn out. After that they cleaned every area. Excellent job. Didn't have to have them back for touch -ups. So-far so good. I highly recommend.
Excellent carpet service and repair – I am very impressed by the level of service provided by the Carpet Doctors. I have utilized this company in the past for carpet repairs, carpet steam extraction cleaning and the removal of stubborn pet stains. The technician was prompt, courteous and paid close attention to details. Most important, the prices for the services provided were extremely reasonable. Awesome service !! – I Called a National chain steam extraction company to clean a couple of rooms and do a few repairs, before a party I had. Well they didn't show up until 5 hours late and when they did the guy running the show was clueless and tried to jack the price up while we walked around looking at the carpet. so I called these guys and on the same day they not only cleaned my carpet but did a little upholstery work in addition to the repair work. NO additional charges! Dried quickly and you can't see the repairs.
Very Unprofessional-Stood UP! – Phoned Carpet Doctor on a Friday morning. They didn't return the call until the following Monday even though their message states they will be paged. Should have been the first warning sign. But when they called me they talked me into using them and I scheduled for the next night (Tuesday at 5 PM). I had to take off of work early. I was amazed at how massive carpet damage, by a renter, was repaired and cleaned – I , like many people, have had a nightmare of a time with renters. I installed new carpet in one of my homes, and less than a year later, after an eviction, the carpet was "ruined". That is until I spoke with Carpet Doctors Inc.
