When I walked in this facility Scott appears to be quite customer oriented. But that was what I though. After spending $4800+ and was due a refund because of incorrect calculation he became a wolf. I was due $336 and ended up getting back $171. First and foremost, the carpet that was left back the first day, the guys took it with them. He was most obnoxious when I walked in to collect the incorrect refund. Additionally, he reduced my refund by $50 stating that it because they have to come out a second time.
