We are extremely happy with our new LVP floors. Carpet Depots’ installers are top notch. We couldn’t be happier with the floors & installation.
They did a beautiful job but unfortunately there was one small gap between the carpet and flooring that should have been resolved. I paid my balance in good faith after explaining the issue and was under the impression it would be handled the next day but when no one contacted me I contacted them and found they had no intention of finishing the job.
I was so disappointed when I came home to find my new wooden floors had been glued Instead of floating wood like we discussed for almost an hour. Not good. Not good.
Keith was extremely patient and helpful. He rushed to meet our timeline and made sure pricing matched our budget.
