We are extremely happy with our new LVP floors. Carpet Depots’ installers are top notch. We couldn’t be happier with the floors & installation.
They did a beautiful job but unfortunately there was one small gap between the carpet and flooring that should have been resolved. I paid my balance in good faith after explaining the issue and was under the impression it would be handled the next day but when no one contacted me I contacted them and found they had no intention of finishing the job.
