Our recent carpet installation with Carpet Depot was extremely disappointing. The installers arrived without the carpet for our bedroom, even though the job was meant to include our stairs, hallway, and bedroom. Jesus, one of the installers, told us there was no carpet for the bedroom and was quite indignant about it. We had a runner made for our stairs. Gorgeous and because we waited to buy, we cot it on sale. They're a 60 yr old family business and they were great!
