We had a wonderful experience with Marcus and the team at Carpet Court Taren Point. We had both carpet and hybrid floors installed throughout our entire home and Marcus went above and beyond with helping us select the right flooring and managing our installs. I would highly recommend Carpet Court Taren point!
Carpet Court don’t offer a full service (they don’t do the install - they get a 3rd party), so if something goes wrong with installation, they take no responsibility. We had issues at the time of our installation and carpet court (in this case Ali), had no interest in following it up. When we tried to get our issue resolved carpet court/ Ali’s response (you’re not given installers details) was “carpet court just supply materials, we don’t do the installation”…. My recent experience with Carpet Court at Taren Point was fantastic. From my first visit and meeting with the Manager Ben, everything ran smoothly right up to the installation and follow up call afterwards. Although my property was out of the Shire there was never any issues for the Carpet Court team travelling for the measure or installation. I would highly recommend Carpet Court at Taren Point and speak to Ben - he was a pleasure to deal with !
