Second-hand carpet dilemma solved! I bought a second-hand carpet thinking that I could manage to remove a few stains on my own. After trying for several times, I have given up and contacted this carpet cleaning company. With the use of their eco friendly products, those stains are now completely gone! I am so thankful when my father suggested this carpet cleaning company because they are so good at what they do. For starters, they provide amazing odor removal services by using eco friendly products. I am very particular when it comes to using earth-friendly materials and I am just so glad that this company considers these things.

This doesn t let me give NO stars. If it did, that s what they d get. What a racket. I think the people who give them good reviews are this companies subcontractors. Yes that s right. They subcontract the work out. There really is no business at the address they give. The guy that came to my house not only did the worst carpet cleaning ever, he said I needed to write him a check for \$680 for carpet cleaning that did not spot treat, deodorize, move furniture...nothing. All the representatives of this stain removal company did their best to provide us what we were expecting. We needed help with serious stain removal service after some unknown liquid got spilled on our newly purchased sofa. This company is definitely the best sofa cleaning company I have met.
