Area rug cleaning was a scam. While the worker who came to my home was very friendly- the rug service itself left me worse off than before. Paid almost $400 for my rug to be cleaned - no stains in particular, just moved into a new home & have never had it cleaned before & was recommended to have it deodorized due to its age. First they sent the wrong guy and I had to take more time off work to meet another day. After this we had an appointment today from 8-9am and they no called no showed. called in and they said 30-45 late. waited another hour and no call no show. Avoid quality carpet cleaning if you care about your time
The worst!! Came to clean my couch and recliner. They said it would be steam cleaned. $127.00. Not too bad for both. However, he showed up in a jeep (hatchback type) and with his wife. She was not part of the cleaning crew. So, I asked where the truck was. Remember this was suppose to be steam cleaned. He said the machine was in the back of his car. What??? He brought it in and it was a small machine. I know, at this point I should have sent him away but I let him proceed. Then he started spraying with a chemical in a spray ... read more
