They unfortunately damaged my favorite Anthropology wool rug (a couple of tassels gone and stitching undone) and never followed up to resolve when I let them know on the day I got the rug back. It also took 3 weeks instead of promised 5 days to get my rug back after multiple times reaching out to the company. I paid $190 via Zelle for 3’x5” rug and would have gone elsewhere if I knew this would be the service I receive.
Daniel was great to work with. Very responsive and did a great job in cleaning my 8x10 carpet!
