I am The broker in charge of Mountain Island Lake Realty. Kimberly and Drew arrived out to a house I manage and did an great job! They wore booties and even mopped the foyer once they were done. I first had some issues with scheduling, but the owner immediately contacted me to resolve the issue. On the day of my appointment, Jason called me at 7:40 a.m. to let me know he was on his way. For our meeting, we had a window from 8 to 11 a.m. My dad and I had our sofa cleaned after it had been kept for a few years, and it looks like new today! He gave us a 15% discount for all of our scheduling issues and waived the $30 fee they typically charge for condos on higher levels.

Bought a new house and needed the carpets in the bedrooms, hallways, and stairwells cleaned. They did a fantastic job, very thorough, the carpet looks and smells great. Nice results and they went the extra mile and did 2 runners for free.
