We love getting flooring from Carpet City for all of our rentals. Steve Fischer is a great help at Carpet City and I highly recommend working with this company.
Nobody will return phone calls. The guy that they sent to install the flooring in my motorhome took three days just to put in a 12 foot section , and didnt even finish. He hasn't started the carpet and we have to have it done by Friday or we lose the third storage space. I have called and called and get no answers! Very frustrated
I have been doing business with them for years and recently I have ordered two LVT floors from them both of them getting discontinued right after my purchase. One of the floorings quality is terrible and scratches when you look at it funny. Now My family is stuck with no options to even fix the scratched pieces. It’s pretty disappointing that they do not keep any discontinued in stock for customers to be able to fix. I highly recommend going to a retail store where they carry flooring much longer and don’t discontinue stuff ... read more

Carpet City did a great job with having our carpet ready and with price, HOWEVER, that being said they referred us to a man named Roger to install our carpet. I 100% DO NOT recommend him. We should have seen the sign when he didn’t return phone calls and took forever to come out just to measure so we could order the carpet. Well after a month of talking back and forth he finally came.
