I recently purchased carpet and the experience was absolutely wonderful. John, the sales manager helped me with the carpet selection. Not only was he very kind and helpful, he was very educational. I had questions about how to determine the quality of the carpet and he was so informative. He taught ne several things I never knew before. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Ian. Third room I had carpeted by Carpet Center. John salesperson again very knowledgeable and willing to work with my schedule. Mike the installer was very polite, considerate and respectful of the property. A another job very well done by Carpet Center. Very happy with the whole job and will hire again.
