Great Job. Love my House!
I moved in to Carpenter's Mill and there are other two houses are under building next to my house. The workers really make a mess on the road. Two of my vehicles are both become flat tires because there are many tiny shape stones on the road. I called Pulte but they said they have nothing to do about it. I asked the rep, at lease you guys should clean the road. But, the answer is Pulte will clean the road periodically. I said it needs to be clean right away. Terrible quality. The sales people lie right to your face just to get the sale. They will tell you one thing and then tell the next person the complete opposite. Their quality and attention to detail is the worse we have EVER encountered. There was sooooooo much we had to fix. We lived in our home for a year and sold it. I felt good in selling because of the so much that we corrected, so that homeowner is getting much better than any other pulte homeowner.
