It might be a perfectly fine place to buy things. But customer service is lacking. I was there with my son to pick up a pully and the guy was very short with me and not helpful. Telling me he has been doing this for 20 years yet he still couldn't find the right part that I needed. Called race brother and showed them the part and they found it immediately. Calling to ask general questions about my riding mower and find/buy parts, as it says they are the "experts" customer service rep needs to learn what customer service means. They were rude gave me zero help and should try harder at his job or find a new one that doesnt deal with customers.
We always use it for our push mower preventative maintenance.
