Dr. Carpenter, was so attentive during my visit. She listened as I told her about my discomfort on my tooth. Then she explained the treatment she recommended and was so patient to answer my questions. I definitely recommend her to everyone, my previous dentist retired but he was no where as attentive and kind as she is.
Pros - Dr Carpenter - The hygienist: Ceci Cons - Deceptive billing - Long wait Dr. Carpenter came highly recommended. I called her office to check that it was covered by my insurance. The front office said yes and I made an appointment. When I got there for my appointment I had to wait more than 40 minutes before being taken back. The actual cleaning was fine.
