I didn't have the same experience that the other reviews had so I felt I needed people to have a positive review to read as well. We were traveling from out of town and I got a flat tire and need fixed for our long 3 hour drive home. We showed up at 2:30 and the front desk told us it was Friday and they had been very busy but would get to us but not till 5:00.
