She is what a Vet should be! She cares about animals and the owners. She keeps a balance with reasonable care that won't bankrupt you. She cried along with me when i had to put my dog down years ago and will never forget her compassion.

This Dr should be ashamed of herself. We just finished burring my friends Dog who died a very painful death because this woman who was covering for the regular vet couldn't be bothered. She said we could bring the dog in before 11:00am but her regular patients came first and couldn't guarantee she could see her.

Absolutely, my pet always get so much attentiion Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Would you recommend this animal hospital to others? I Already Have Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Farley Ball RIP If you want a real vet don't go to Sandra Carpenter. She don't care about animals it's all about money. My dog died because she didn't want to say she didn't no what was going on after seeing her 3 days in a row. We went to Med Vet in Worthington. They said we might have saved him if we would have came early. .My babies gone now all she wants is her money. She did nothing to save him.
