I give them a FIVE No Pain, had a cavity. The numbing shots didn't hurt. The drilling didn't hurt. Procedure explained well.They are gentle. THE DRILL DIDN'T HURT IT WAS THE BILL! ONE star for billing explanation and services. The process of getting explanations of surprise dental bills is convoluted and confusing for anyone even a senior citizen! Make SURE you keep a close eye on what your paying. Or you'll notice KEEP RECORD OF EVERYTHING.
This is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. These ladies truly care about the comfort and health of each patient. I highly recommend!
Dr. Zenger was great. Everyone was kind and helpful. Informative. Explained everything from cost and to procedure before doing it. After dental work I reached out that night because of severe pain and got a response the next day. Wish it was sooner but it all worked out. Will be back to finish my dental work.

New patient report. Friendly staff on phone. New patient exam was set up in a timely manner. Day of appointment I Walk in office very clean, friendly staff and welcoming vibes. Minimal wait time in waiting room. New full panel Xrays and cleaning. Dr. Came in for exam. Loved her, assistant and hygienist. Very friendly, efficient and they made me feel comfortable to be there. 2nd visit, seen new Dr. And loved her and her assistant too. I Would recommend 82nd Dr. Dental. Thank you for the great experience.
