It was such a pleasure to work with Wendy I strongly recommend her to anyone who has to go through buying or selling she's awesome! I wish I knew then what I know now about this property that the owner was supposed to get the tree done but never mind I like the house I'll get the tree done so I forgive not living up to your end of the bargain to fix the property. Apparently he didn't have to follow the same rules I did for selling! Congratulations
