I recently used Carpenter to fix a confounding issue with my furnace. The technician was at my house within an hour and faced the truly 'mysterious' and frustrating problem with patience and persistence. He kept coming back and again between other jobs, checking off all possible solutions - and now my furnace is running smoothly! I recommend this company! (P.S. It's also very refreshing to have a friendly, helpful voice answer your phone calls to the company and treat you respectfully!)
Brody and tyler came to help ..found out the Furnace needed to be replaced ...Brody came back and spent the next day and a half putting it in ...very knowledgeable about what he does and chats with the customer....always have gotten great service ...The company is under new management but they will be our HVAC company we will go to..

I called Carpenter and two Service Techs were at my house in 90 minutes. They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood what the issue was and what was needed to get everything fixed. It was a simple part and even though the furnace is old and will need replacing soon, they said the $30 part is all I needed to get back up and running. I come recommend the team at Carpenter Furnace.
I got 2 other bids and this Carpenter was the best! Not only was the price the best of the 3, Ryan showed up same day to give me a bid when requested and his 2 install techs were super professional and did an amazing job. I have no problems recommending Carpenter Furnace and I'll for sure be using them again.
