Tyler arrived right on time for the appointment. I have a mini-split and it was just not working. He said he could tell I keep the filter clean when he examined the unit. Odd lights flashing and he said to count the flashes! It help diagnose what's wrong. WOW! Then Tyler got on the roof and immediately said, "You've got 2 mini-splits, right?" We had a great experience working with Tyler on our new Lennox AC unit! He came the next morning after I called & explained things to us thoroughly. Tyler & Ridge were a good team installing our new air conditioner the next day. We were very pleased with their work, cleanup, and timeliness! Thanks Tyler & Ridge!

I recently used Carpenter to fix a confounding issue with my furnace. The technician was at my house within an hour and faced the truly 'mysterious' and frustrating problem with patience and persistence. He kept coming back and again between other jobs, checking off all possible solutions - and now my furnace is running smoothly! I recommend this company! (P.S. It's also very refreshing to have a friendly, helpful voice answer your phone calls to the company and treat you respectfully!)
Brody and tyler came to help ..found out the Furnace needed to be replaced ...Brody came back and spent the next day and a half putting it in ...very knowledgeable about what he does and chats with the customer....always have gotten great service ...The company is under new management but they will be our HVAC company we will go to..
