If I could give Ryan at Carpenter Furnace Company a million stars, I would. I was referred by my in-laws, who had worked with Dennis the previous owner. I called Ryan at 7 at night and he told me he was booked tomorrow but could get to my house within an hour, which he did. He fixed our AC unit on super short notice because he cares about his customers. He earned a customer for life. Also, he only charged the service call fee despite fixing the problem, and he was 100% transparent and not pushy to sell us a new unit.
The owner Ryan was Amazing. We had some ad ons to our furnace and he went on and beyond with his service. Made sure everything was working perfect and explained how to run the new thermostat and humidifier. Highly recommend this company !!
Tyler arrived right on time for the appointment. I have a mini-split and it was just not working. He said he could tell I keep the filter clean when he examined the unit. Odd lights flashing and he said to count the flashes! It help diagnose what's wrong. WOW! Then Tyler got on the roof and immediately said, "You've got 2 mini-splits, right?" We had a great experience working with Tyler on our new Lennox AC unit! He came the next morning after I called & explained things to us thoroughly. Tyler & Ridge were a good team installing our new air conditioner the next day. We were very pleased with their work, cleanup, and timeliness! Thanks Tyler & Ridge!
Tyler was excellent. Very knowledgeable and kind. Got my furnace up and running in no time . Thank you so much for sending him here. Now I have air conditioning again.
