Worst customer service over the phone I've ever had, and it's so laughable, I'm not even mad. All I did was call and ask for some information on a part for my stang (my first time calling here tryna see what it's all about) and some sass ass tells me I have to go to one of the parts dealers. Cool, no problem......which one? No response, just sighs and attitude and hung up on. No wonder AI is taking jobs if this is the effort your business puts forth through its employees and customer service.
I thought this was a good company, I went in to interview for the job as an assembler and I met with some great people. I did the interview, and I got the job, I started this past week. Then today I get a phone call saying they ended my assignment. That I was not a good fit for the job. I did my best; I gave it 100%. I do not know what I could have done differently to show them that I work hard, and I was loyal. But I did do my best and I learned a lot this past week. I bought a beautiful 92 Mustang convertible and the gaskets, weather stripping and seals were pretty cracked up. I purchased $800.00 worth of these seals/gaskets/ weather stripping and it was the biggest mistake ever. Because I didn't want to mess it up myself, I had a professional body shop install everything. My doors don't close even if you SLAM the doors closed, the windows don't line up. I would highly recommend not using these seals/ weatherstripping /gaskets.
