Wonderful family owned company. I've know the owner for many years, such a great guy! Anytime I have called they they are quick to come out and get us fixed up! Always pleased with there work, I wouldn't use anyone else
I agree they don't do good work but not sure about Grisham's (never used them). My neighbor used Carpenter and swears that $ and medication were taken but I didn't have that problem. They just didn't fix my heat right and I had to have them back out.
I can't recommend this company, sorry. I was charged some kind of emergency call out fee for service after business hours even though I called in for service way before they closed. The service guy said he didn't get the work order until after close and that someone there must have "dropped the ball". And that was my fault?!?! Anyway my problem wasn't even fixed and air went out again the next day. I wasn't charged the second time, but what an unconvinced! Best heat and air company around! Everyone that works for them are polite and prompt. They've always been here when they said they would, and in an emergency situation even brought a portable AC unit for us to use at no charge while we were waiting on the new unit to be delivered when ours went out in the hottest part of the summer. Special thanks to Lenny, you are a great asset to the company!
